IT-Service und Infrastructure Manager

Als IT-Service & Infrastructure Manager bist du ein echtes Allroundtalent. Es bereitet dir Freude vielfältige, operative Aufgaben in einem wachsenden Unternehmen zu übernehmen. Du stehst deinen Kolleg:innen sowohl als Experte im IT-Support zur Verfügung als auch als Spezialist für unsere Systemlandschaft.
Das erwartet dich- Du übernimmst das IT-Service-Management, User Support & First Level Support
- Du steuerst externe Dienstleister & kümmerst dich um das Lizenz-Management
- Du verwaltest die bestehende Windows basierte IT- und Telekommunikations- Infrastruktur und entwickelst diese weiter
- Dich erwarten u.a. folgende Systeme: cloudbasierte Microsoft-Umgebung (AD und Exchange als IaaS), Telefonie, Fortigate-, und Atlassian-Produkte
- Du gewährleistest unsere IT-Sicherheit, sowie die Einhaltung von IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien
- Du arbeitest eigenständig und mit Dienstleistern an IT-Projekten (z.B. Definition von Benutzeranforderungen, Prozessfunktionsspezifikation
- Du überwachst & koordinierst den IT-Bedarf und die Beschaffung von IT-Hardware
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik o.Ä. mit IT-Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du besitzt mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support und hast bereits mit Cloud-Lösungen gearbeitet
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in der Administration von IT- Infrastruktur
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist jemand mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
- Du arbeitest serviceorientiert und strukturiert
- Du besitzt optimalerweise Zertifizierungen aus dem Systemadministrations-, IT-Security oder DevOps-Bereich
- Flache Hierarchien und Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe
- Die Möglichkeit auf 28 Urlaubstage auf Basis einer 5-Tage-Woche
- Ein eigenes Dienstrad oder einen Zuschuss für ein beliebiges Ticket des öffentlichen Verkehrs innerhalb Österreichs

Hinweis gem. § 9 öGlBG: Wir bieten ein Mindestgehalt von mind. € 3600,00 brutto auf Vollzeitbasis pro Monat. Das tatsächliche Gehalt ist abhängig von Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.
