In dieser verantwortungsvollen Expertenrolle werden die Controlling-Agenden weiter ausgebaut und zentral gebündelt. Für die Muttergesellschaft suchen wir einen erfahrenen und IT-affinen Senior Controller (f/m/d).

Aufgaben
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner und Schnittstelle zur Geschäftsführung für alle Controlling-Agenden
  • Hauptverantwortlich für die Durchführung der Kostenrechnung und Mitwirkung an der Neuentwicklung und digitalen Transformation
  • Erstellen von Reports und Analysen für die Geschäftsleitung und Fachbereiche
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung des Nachhaltigkeitsreportings/ESG Reports, Erstellen von Budgets, Forecast, Strategische Planungen
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Kostenrechnungsabläufe und Controlling-Standards
  • Proaktive Gestaltung der Prozesse und deren Automatisierung
  • Erstellen von Datenanalysen und Aufbereitungen für Verrechnungen, sowie Investitionsrechnungen
Qualifikation
  • bgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, FH, Uni)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling und/oder in der Kostenrechnung
  • Sie haben idealerweise Accounting-Kenntnisse in einem produzierenden Betrieb gesammelt
  • Starke IT-Kompetenz und ausgezeichnete MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel)
  • Analytisch, strukturiert und zuverlässig
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Kommunikationsstärke, Gestaltungswille

Vergütung: ca. € 70.000 brutto p.a. In Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung wird eine marktkonforme Dotierung geboten.
