Der Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit liegt in der Beratung und Umsetzung von Lasttests bzw. Performancetests (load testing). Aus unserer Sicht ist Erfahrung im Bereich der Softwareentwicklung eine Grundvoraussetzung, um in dieser Expertenrolle erfolgreich zu sein.

Aufgaben
  • Planung, Design und Durchführung von Last- und Performancetests.
  • Finden von Bottlenecks und bei Bedarf ebenfalls Unterstützung in der Ursachenanalyse z.B. durch Code-Analysen.
  • Zielgruppenadäquate Aufbereitung und Kommunikation der Testergebnisse (fachlich für Management, technisch für Entwicklungsteams).
  • Unterstützung und Beratung von Performancetest-Teams bei Kunden vor Ort.
  • Durchführung von Tool-Schulungen und Workshops beim Kunden, nachdem Sie erfolgreich eine Trainer-Zertifizierung erlangt haben.
  • Automatisierung von Tests mit Selenium zur automatischen Erstellung und Wartung von Lasttest-Skripten.
Qualifikation

Sie ...

  • haben bereits ein paar Jahre Erfahrung als Softwareentwickler*in (z.B. mit Java oder .NET / C#).
  • haben Spaß an technischen Herausforderungen und werden gerne mit den unterschiedlichsten Technologien konfrontiert.
  • sind kommunikativ und arbeiten gerne in einem jungen, dynamischen Team.
  • sind beruflichen Reisen im DACH-Raum grundsätzlich nicht abgeneigt.
  • würden es toll finden, ein geschätzter Experte bzw. eine geschätzte Expertin im Bereich Performance Testing zu werden.
  • legen Wert darauf strukturiert vorzugehen und behalten leicht den Überblick.
  • haben sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Im Idealfall haben Sie bereits Erfahrung ...

  • mit Tools zur Durchführung von Last- und Performancetests (z.B. mit Neoload, JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.).
  • im Bereich der Testautomatisierung mit Selenium (Webdriver).
  • im Bereich Application Performance Monitoring (z.B. mit Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, etc.).
