As an Extrusion Technician at extrunet, you will travel worldwide to commission, optimize, and fine‑tune our extrusion tools directly at customer sites. You are the person who makes the difference when experience, composure, and technical expertise truly matter.

This is not a standard “9-to-5 technician job.” We are looking for people who take responsibility, can handle pressure, and stay solution-oriented even in demanding situations.

Responsibilities

• Adjustment, optimization, and commissioning of extrusion tooling
• Analysis and improvement of extrusion processes regarding quality, stability, and efficiency
• Worldwide technical assignments directly at customer sites
• Technical support and assistance during commissioning processes
• Training and instruction of customers in handling equipment and processes
• Active involvement in projects related to digitalization and automation
• Further development of standards, workflows, and technical know‑how

What you should bring

• Several years of experience in extrusion / extrusion technology
• Solid understanding of tooling adjustment and process optimisation
• Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible working style
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with customers
• Good German language skills and English for international assignments
• Interest in new technologies and willingness to continue learning
