DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Definieren und Vorantreiben der IT-Strategie unter Berücksichtigung der Geschäftsstrategie und der Unternehmensrichtlinien.
  • Leitung der Planung und Durchführung von Initiativen zur digitalen Transformation und Sicherstellung der Konvergenz von nationalen und globalen Anwendungen sowie der Ausrichtung an unserer Strategie und unseren Zielen.
  • Pflege enger Geschäfts- und IT-Beziehungen, Koordinierung und Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern, um deren digitale Anforderungen zu erfüllen, sowie Förderung der funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und des organisatorischen Lernens.
  • Etablierung und Verankerung von IT-Best-Practices und -Prozessen auf Länderebene und Förderung einer Kultur der Innovation, digitalen Exzellenz und kontinuierlichen Organisationsentwicklung.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit HR und Führungskräften, um Qualifikationsdefizite zu ermitteln und zu beseitigen, Talente zu fördern und ein günstiges Umfeld für organisatorisches Wachstum zu schaffen.
  • Überwachung und Bewertung der Auswirkungen digitaler Initiativen auf die Unternehmensleistung, das Engagement der Mitarbeiter und die Kundenzufriedenheit sowie notwendige Anpassungen zur Gewährleistung einer erfolgreichen Unternehmensentwicklung.
  • Aktualität über Branchentrends, Best Practices und neue Technologien halten und strategische Hinweise geben, um den Wettbewerbsvorteil von DHL Express auszubauen.

Du bist Teil eines hoch motivierten Teams, das für unsere Kunden (m/w/d) herausragenden Service erbringt. Für diese spannende Aufgabe wird ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab EUR 5.230,10 (Basis 38,5h/Woche) laut Kollektivvertrag für Speditionsangestellte (Beschäftigungsgruppe D) geboten.
