Aufgaben

Nachdem sich Neukunden für unsere Lösung oder Bestandskunden für eine Erweiterung ihres Modulumfangs entschieden haben, kommst du ins Spiel. Du betreust das Implementierungs-Projekt von Beginn an, bist direkter Ansprechpartner des Projekt-Teams auf Kundenseite und trägst die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Einführung der Software.

Als Implementation Consultant erstellst du den Projektplan gemeinsam mit der Kunden-Projekt-Leitung, hältst Workshops ab, legst Prozesse innerhalb unserer Software fest, unterstützt mit deinem Expertenwissen den Aufbau der Datenbank und das Customizing unserer Applikationen. Du betreust das Projekt bei allen inhaltlichen und organisatorischen Fragen, hältst Schulungen (Reisetätigkeit) und stellst den Projekt-Erfolg durch regelmäßiges Controlling sicher. Von der Vorprojekt-Phase bis zur Projekt-Abnahme agierst du als Schnittstelle zwischen den Kund:innen und unseren internen Abteilungen, anschließend übernimmt unser Service-Team die laufende Betreuung im Produktivbetrieb.

Was brauchst du für deine Mission?

MUST HAVES

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium – IT Background von Vorteil, aber nicht vorausgesetzt.
  • Du verfügst über Know-How im Projektmanagement.
  • Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie ein gutes technisches und logisches Verständnis.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und hast ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Du hast eine "hands on" Mentalität, bist organisiert, verfügst über ein professionelles Auftreten und eine hohe Lernbereitschaft.
  • Du kannst mit MS Office gut umgehen.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und kannst dich schriftlich gut ausdrücken.
  • Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Qualifikation

  • Du verfügst über Know-How im Bereich Datenbanken und IT.
  • Du hast schon erste Erfahrungen bei der Umsetzung von Projekten gesammelt.
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrungen im Abhalten von Workshops, im Schulen von Erwachsenen oder im Leiten von Teams im beruflichen oder privaten Umfeld.
  • Du verfügst bereits über Erfahrung mit Warenwirtschafts- oder anderer komplexer Software.
  • Du hast einen gastronomischen Background und Interesse an allen Fragenstellungen rund um den Bereich Food & Beverage.

Wir freuen uns auf deine vollständige Bewerbung inklusive Gehaltswunsch und frühestmöglichem Eintrittstermin. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position (Vollzeit) beträgt brutto EUR 44.450,00 pro Jahr. Basierend auf deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist aber selbstverständlich ein marktkonformes Gehalt vorgesehen.
