YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You partner with business unit leaders to understand their financial needs, priorities, and challenges, building trusted relationships as a go-to advisor on financial matters
• You deliver financial analyses, forecasting, and reporting that drives informed decision-making across the organization
• You develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business opportunities and risks
• You activelyparticipatein budgeting, planning, and forecasting cycles
• Youmonitorand analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve business performance
• Youidentifycost-saving opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement actionable financial strategies

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• EducationYou hold aBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• ExperienceYou bring provenexperience in controlling, financial planning, or management consulting
• SkillsYou havestrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, paired with solidproficiencyin financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis
• ToolsYou are experienced with agentic AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Cursor, have a growth mindset toward emerging technologies, and ideally feel comfortable writing SQL queries
• LanguagesYou are business-fluent in both German and English, enabling effective collaboration with international teams
