Media Press Group is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Director to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the Media & Entertainment and Telecom industries. This remote role covers the DACH region, offering an exciting opportunity to shape the future of entertainment data within a fast-paced, innovative global organisation.

Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Generation and Growth- Craft and implement a comprehensive annual sales plan for the region.
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities to generate substantial revenue streams.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that drives exponential revenue growth.
- Lead key initiatives to expand market share and optimise product offerings.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients and prospects across the region.
- Leverage your existing network to secure sales and forge long-term strategic partnerships.
- Create detailed account plans for key prospects, collaborating effectively with cross regional teams.
- Act as the primary commercial contact, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to align offerings with market demand and revenue potential.
- Conduct competitive analysis and gather client feedback to refine product-market fit and regional strategy.
- Partner with customer success teams to maximise client retention and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth in Media or Telecom industries.
- A minimum of 4 years in senior sales or commercial management roles, ideally with a record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Expertise in modern digital platforms and technology-driven sales methodologies.
- Experience leading sales execution and managing remote teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM tools for optimising sales processes and tracking revenue.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying market trends and capitalising on revenue opportunities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric mindset.
- A well-established network within the broadcast, media, and telecom industries.
- Availability to travel to our clients' sites.
