Professional Voice Actor – German (AI Training)
What if your voice could directly shape how AI speaks to millions of German-speaking people around the world? We're looking for experienced German-language voice actors to record professional-grade audio and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping next-generation AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, a professional setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do
- Record clear, expressive German-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone, following provided scripts and prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional authenticity
- Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve synthesized voice outputs
- Review scripts and suggest adjustments that enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work
- Native or near-native fluency in German
- Owner of a large diaphragm microphone and access to a quiet, acoustically controlled recording space
- Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
- Sharp ear for nuance — you notice when tone, pacing, or pronunciation feels off
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with broadcast, commercial, or character voice work
- Familiarity with audio editing software or DAW environments
- Knowledge of regional German dialects or accent variation
- Background in linguistics, phonetics, or speech performance
