The CNP, a cantonal public health institution in Neuchâtel, seeks 5 Site Coordinators of Medical Secretariats to lead clinical admin services and ensure smooth, compliant operations across sites. You will supervise secretaries, coordinate documentation, and act as a key liaison for doctors and managers.
You bring a Federal VET Diploma in commerce or equivalent, management training, and at least 3 years of team leadership. Proactivity, organization, and French fluency are essential.
