Senior Quantity Surveyor – AI Data Centre Projects

We’re supporting the delivery of a major programme of next-generation AI and data centre infrastructure across Europe. These are complex, fast-moving, multi-site projects involving fibre connectivity, telecoms and substantial mechanical and electrical packages.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take responsibility for end-to-end commercial management, working closely with delivery teams to maintain strong cost control, contract governance and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cost plans, budgets, forecasts and final accounts
• Administer NEC, JCT or equivalent contracts
• Lead change control, claims and commercial reporting
• Support procurement across fibre, telecoms and M&E packages
• Identify commercial risks, opportunities and cost efficiencies
• Provide accurate financial analysis to senior stakeholders
• Support value engineering and cost optimisation
• Strong Quantity Surveying background within construction or infrastructure
• Exposure to fibre installation, telecoms or complex building services
• Proven pre- and post-contract commercial management experience
• Strong contract administration and cost-control capability
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
• Data centre or mission-critical infrastructure experience
• MRICS, FRICS or working towards chartership
• Consultancy or client-side experience
