The Role

Due to national growth, the business needs an Executive Assistant to manage the administrative functions of the CEO office, whilst supporting the Managing Director and wider Executive team. This position will play a pivotal role in office organisation and be a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

Reporting To The CEO, Your Responsibilities Include

  • Calendar management
  • Producing reports and presentations
  • Co-ordinate/attend meetings and taking minutes
  • Organise travel
  • Co-ordinate events
  • Finance and HR support as required

  • Prior EA experience is preferred, however, transferable organisational experiences/skills will be considered
