Kingaroy State High School are seeking applications for a Head of Department (Secondary) to join their school community on a temporary part-time basis at 0.40 FTE, from 08 July 2024 until 13 December 2024, unless otherwise determined.

About Kingaroy State High School

Kingaroy State High School is a co-educational state high school, officially opening on 8 August 1959. It offers Years 7 to 12.

About the Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the school department to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
  • Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
