You'll be responsible for:- Supporting workshops for risk identification and control assessments, supporting the preparation of risk and compliance reports and assist during L2 assurance testing and L3 internal audits.
- Providing insights on root cause(s), accountable business owner, risk rating, remediation actions and control improvements to support the timely closure of incidents & issues.
- Providing analysis of thematic risk and compliance incident, issues, and complaints.
- Preparing and supporting the delivery of Risk and Compliance communication plans, liaising with SMEs to facilitate ongoing training and awareness sessions to improve risk maturity and risk culture.
- Supporting to maintain risk and compliance data quality in ORGS (Risk Management) system.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- 2 years of experience as a compliance or risk analyst or business analyst, returning to workforce or wanting to move into a risk and compliance role.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing tasks.
- Analytical capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns and trends.
- An individual who is a Team player, has the willingness to learn and grow in the role.
