Project Cost Analyst

About the Role   

The Project Cost Analyst provides financial support to ensure project controls, reporting, and compliance are achieved in accordance with company and client requirements.

It is a requirement of this position that you hold a current Drivers’ Licence and be eligible to hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance.

You’ll be key to the delivery of our maintenance projects.  

What you will bring

  • Run weekly project cost reports for both actuals and commitments;
  • Assist production managers in forecasting estimates to complete;
  • Assist with end of month reporting requirements;
  • Conduct variance analysis of estimates at completion;
  • Processing and recording project variations in accordance with the head contract and subcontracts; and
  • Reviewing alignment of ERP to main work list.

This role is based at Henderson, WA.

About you

You will bring advanced Excel skills, good experience with IFS and some exposure to Cost Control. If you’ve Project Finances experience, this will be held in high regard.
