As a Planning & Trading Assistant you will be responsible for supporting your client team to drive strategic and innovative channel plans and assist in executing these for your clients. Your role will be to assist with the administration of the media planning & trading process. Skills you’ll develop:
  • An understanding of the principles of planning and investment across all media channels for our clients
  • Proficient in the use & understanding of all media trading and planning tools including
  • Management of the invoicing process from accurate loading all bookings, checking against the media plan
  • Developing key relationships with the media & publisher partners
  • Back end campaign monitoring including liaising with creative agencies on specs, material instructions,dub despatch, managing media deadlines
Skills & experience we’ll be looking for:
  • Recent graduate in a Marketing / Communications degree
  • Lateral thinking
  • Strong numerical & mathematical skills
  • Ability to manage a broad scope of tasks and prioritise these
  • Someone who values a collaborative work environment but can equally work independently when needed
