We’re hiring an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Toll Group This is a permanent position based in our Port Melbourne office The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving transformative projects and process enhancements across the organisation.

You will be instrumental in implementing a diverse range of initiatives, collaborating across various corporate business units including HR, HSE, Finance, Audit, Property, Legal, and Compliance. A day in the life of a Business Analyst at Toll Group:

  • Lead and influence team members and stakeholders, effectively influencing outcomes and presenting innovative ideas in workshops and meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to analyse business processes and requirements, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive business requirements documents and solution proposals, actively shaping project success from start to finish.
  • Engage in stakeholder workshops and meetings to gather requirements and define project scope, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Adhere to Toll's IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with security and risk protocols to maintain operational integrity.
