Casual Bartender

The Theatre Bar at the end of the Wharf offers diners and event guests a relaxed bar and dining space overlooking one of Australia's most iconic views. The venue is open Monday-Sunday for lunch, dinner, or just coffee & cocktails. The venue attracts pre- and post-theatre diners as well as being a popular bar in its own right – attracting consistent patronage from the general public due to its spectacular views coupled with a relaxed and friendly environment.

We are looking for a few experienced bartenders.

The Role

• 15-20 hours p/week
• Enjoy working with high-end clientele
• Pay rates at Level 2 or 3, depending on experience.

About You

• Min 2 year experience
• Prior experience in a busy cocktail bar or restaurant preferred.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Well presented with excellent inter-personal skills
• A passion for the hospitality industry
• Valid NSW RSA (competency card)
• Valid Australian Working Rights – student visas accepted
