What You'll Do:
- Plan, execute, and finalise projects with lasting future benefits.
- Lead complex projects from development to closure.
- Coordinate resources, both internal and external, for flawless execution
- Clearly Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Ability to see the big picture while managing intricate details.
To be considered for the role you must:
- Have a minimum of 12 months experience working in a similar position
- Have demonstrated experience working on Civil or Commercial Construction projects
- Have the ability to analyse, evaluate and interpret a range of documents including plans, invitations to tender, contracts etc.
- Have demonstrated ability in preparing quality tender submissions for construction projects including civil infrastructure, earthworks and general construction projects
- Hold a high level of attention to detail and excellent computer skills
