Our Opportunity to you
We are looking for an Allied Health Lead to lead our allied health team in the Western Sydney Region. Support and manage a growing team of multi-disciplinary staff, responsible for developing and expanding the services they deliver. This is a maternity leave cover role commencing August/September 2024 until August 2025 with scope for a permanent role, pending business growth. This is a hybrid role working remotely and out of our Parramatta office.

The day to day

  • Support and collaborate with clinicians across regions and disciplines
  • Explore local business opportunities and expand services to meet community needs in various settings, with particular focus on our home care package stakeholders in Home Health
  • Manage and support you and your team’s clinical caseload
  • Engage in our clinical supervision program with a designated supervisor

Your experience

  • Proven operational management and team leadership skills are beneficial
  • Proficiency in client management systems and relevant technological applications
  • Working knowledge of funding steams such as home care packages, DVA, CHSP and post-acute care (preferred)
  • Proven capability in change implementation, system improvement and innovation are advantageous

Additional

  • Qualifications: Allied Health qualification with AHPRA registration
  • Requirement: Valid driver’s licence, insured vehicle
