The Agile Enablement Practice at Kmart is pivotal in driving transformative change and empowering our teams to excel in the fast-paced landscape of digital retail. Comprised of dedicated professionals with diverse expertise, this practice is committed to advancing Agile methodologies and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across our organisation.
As a member of our Agile Enablement Practice and Delivery Office, you will play a critical role in shaping the way we deliver digital solutions and experiences to our customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, your focus will be on enhancing Agile practices, optimising workflows, and promoting continuous improvement throughout our digital initiatives
What you’ll be doing
Working within the Delivery Office to ensure alignment across the Technology Porfolio
Working across the Technology Portfolio to ensure alignment with goals, priorities, and timelines, for teams in Melbourne and Bangalore.
Championing agile and scrum principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and providing guidance and coaching to improve our way of working and delivery of value.
Identifying and addressing impediments to progress, promoting a solutions-oriented mindset and advocating for teams across the portfolio
Collaborate closely with delivery teams to enhance operational governance, refine delivery frameworks, and optimise tooling.
Provide support for the management and optimisation of key tools such as Jira and Miro, ensuring they are effectively utilised to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Foster open communication and collaboration among various technology teams, facilitating knowledge sharing and alignment to achieve collective goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
Proven experience as an Iteration Manager or similar role, with a background in large enterprise environments.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
The ability to motivate and lead teams, driving change and inspiring a positive, collaborative work environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
