About the Role

This casual position is responsible for providing effective administration and technical support to the laboratory and customer service functions of the QA processing laboratory at Rivalea.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing of samples.
• Media preparation and associated administration.
• Assist laboratory staff in conducting tests as required.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, processes and work instructions at all times.
• Perform other duties as directed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including general laboratory housekeeping.
• Interact with all relevant departments and external contacts with a high level of professionalism.

Skills & Experience

• Sound knowledge of customer service practices.
• Working knowledge of laboratory systems and techniques preferred but not essential.
• High level communication and initiative skills.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
