Your Impactful Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

In this multifaceted role, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, contributing to our success by:

• Overseeing the seamless functioning of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Overseeing the preparation of payroll liabilities, including insurances, taxes, superannuation, and deductions.
• Leveraging your expertise to contribute to cashflow forecasting, budget preparation, and incisive cost variance analysis.
• Skilfully handling BAS, IAS preparation and lodgement, Workcover Declarations, and precise insurance declarations.
• Skilfully reconciling balance sheets, architecting efficient processes, and maintaining meticulous records.
• Providing vital financial figures for management reports and tenders
• Showcasing your adeptness in managing leases, amortisation schedules, fixed asset registers, and accurate Capex reconciliation.
• Overseeing the management of payroll and understanding of awards and EBA’s

• A background or experience in the labour hire market.
• Middle management skills, characterised by your hands-on, team-oriented approach.
• Effective time management skills to ensure month-end and statutory reporting deadlines are met
• A tenacious analytical mindset coupled with a proactive drive to turn insights into action.
• Effective communication skills and an innate passion for driving growth and excellence.
