The opportunity
We are looking for a Commodity Analyst to join our client on a permanent contract. Our client is an Australian based research firm in Brisbane, QLD. They provide a range of market advisory and data solutions.
What the role entails:
- Undertake complex quantitative and qualitative analysis of market and dispatch data
- Monitoring portfolios with commodities Investments
- Forecasting using commodity data
- Providing investment advice to potential and current investors
What you will need:
- Relevant qualification
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in the Heavy Industry environment
- Ambitious
- High attention to detail, coupled with an ability to meet deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
