Senior Delivery Lead/Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Delivery lead/Project Manager to join our team, responsible for delivering integrated digital projects across a number of solutions. This opportunity will see you working across a variety of digital products, alongside a highly talented team of Modellers, Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts.
Ideally, you will have a technical background, with demonstrated experience in a similar role working within mining organisations, including open pit and underground operations. You will be solutions focused, adaptable, a team player and have the ability to influence positive outcomes through effective stakeholder management.
About you
- A minimum of 5-10 years experience in delivery and project managing
- Demonstrated experience delivering integrated digital solutions across the mining sector
- Demonstrated experience in delivering projects end to end utilising Waterfall and Agile Management Methodologies
- Experience managing large project budgets
- The ability to problem solve and make decisions to ensure projects are delivered within the approved budgets and timelines
- Superior communication skills, client facing experience is a must
- A demonstrated ability to autonomously gather project requirements and document project functional specifications
- High attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of the projects are meticulously planned and executed
- The ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome project challenges and obstacles
- Experience working with Modelling software would be an advantage
