Senior Business Analyst

Your Responsibilities
- Review existing process and systems and identify improvements, providing recommendations for business process re-design and solutions to meet regulation and requirements within Financial Crime.
- Develop and document discussion papers, business case and business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather inputs and analyse requirements.
- Collate and analyse data, providing recommendations based on findings.
- Develop conceptual design and functional specifications.
- Support project implementation.
- Identify and manage risks.
- Support implementation activities, monitoring and measuring change.
- Document business process modelling/process mapping
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst with strong financial services industry experience
- Experience with Financial Crimes including AML/CTF/KYC.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships across business and technology teams.
- Excellent communications and stakeholder relationship management skills with strong ability to motivate, engage, negotiate and influence.
