About the Job:

Our Road Transport division is expanding, and we’re seeking an Operations Coordinator with industry experience to join our team and work with our clients located in Pilbara mining.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role will see you working closely with our clients, identifying new business opportunities and overseeing a team of 30+ field employees.

Location: Mader HQ - Perth Airport with free onsite parking.

Hours: Monday to Friday 6AM - 4PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients on labour and staffing needs
  • Maintain a consistent workflow schedule
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Actively participate in recruiting new personnel
  • Keep employee rosters accurate and up-to-date
  • Conduct regular site visits for client and employee check-ins
  • Promote and drive a positive safety culture
  • Organize regular team events to build a strong team culture
  • Provide timely and accurate quotes to clients


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Mining experience is a plus
  • Previous experience as a leading hand/supervisor
  • Strong focus on safety and quality
  • Valid C Class driver's license
