Are you a motivated and caring Assistant in Nursing, or studying to become a Registered Nurse? 

This is an exciting career opportunity to work as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) as part of our dynamic nursing team at  Prince of Wales Private Hospital you will work in partnership with support networks and a multidisciplinary team, to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and an industry leading patient experience.

As an  Assistant in Nursing (AIN) your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist nurses or hospital staff in carrying out patient care duties
  • Work as part of the health care team; practice in accordance with state legislation and within the designated scope of practice parameters
  • Certificate IV in Health Care from an approved training provider
  • Experience in a similar setting within an acute hospital environment
  • Demonstrated, effective written, verbal communication
  • Excellent ability to plan and prioritise work
  • Flexibility to manage shift work (including, day & evening shifts) Monday-Saturday.
