The Role
You must have experience leading a successful childcare service, and proven ability to meet KPI's, Assessment and Rating experience and supporting staff to ensure they provide high-quality early learning and care that exceeds the National Quality Standards. New Centre start up an advantage.

  • Manage Centre performance by applying strong business and financial discipline to meet targets and assessment & ratings results.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, and proven experience in creating positive team cultures that support excellent service delivery.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement in operations and implement positive change in line with modern best practice, and, importantly, in collaboration with staff, parents and the community.

To be successful in your application you must have the following:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Early childhood 
  • Experience managing a service up to 80 places 
  • Knowledge and experience with NQF
  • Ability to work with a supportive network, i.e. with Management, Educational Leader and company management team
  • Experience in staff rosters and maintaining ratios for compliance
  • Knowledge and experience to ensure the service is meeting all regulations and legislation
  • A high attention to detail, ability to maintain an organised office and work within a fast paced environment
  • A passion for Early Childhood Education and the ability to motivate Educators and strive for an exceeding service
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma and CPR qualifications

About You

We are looking for an experienced leader with appropriate qualifications who is passionate about early childhood education. You will be innovative, able to build connections, someone who can inspire and motivate others to achieve outstanding results and be able to work as a management team. You will be technologically savvy and have good business acumen. We are looking for a hands on approach to managing the service and work alongside your management team.
