Manager (Finance & Business) (Information Management Program)

We seek a program office manager experienced in developing, leading, and evaluating program business performance functions and frameworks.

In this role, you will support the Program leadership team in planning and executing business strategies and initiatives to support the program's objectives.

Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the performance and operation of the program's business functions, such as financial, resource, procurement, contract management, and governance.
- Building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships through effective visual, verbal, and written communication.
- Preparing and delivering accurate and timely resourcing and financial plans, budgets, forecasts, contracts, reports, advice, etc.
- Monitoring and evaluating frameworks, policies, tools and processes for optimised performance and continuous improvement.
- Providing specialist and strategic advice on complex business management matters to advance the program's objectives and mitigate organisational and reputational risk.

What we're looking for:
- Leadership: Over 8 years' experience managing and leading high performing business management functions or teams within Programs of work or large / complex organisations.
- Specialist knowledge: Demonstratable understanding of Program and Project delivery, PMO management, financial and business operations.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically assess information and generate options and solutions to drive the delivery of agreed objectives and agile work practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management: Tailoring communications to build and sustain productive relationships with stakeholders, promoting collaboration and shared understanding.
- Governance and Risk: Demonstrated experience applying integrity and ethics principles and decision-making to ensure responsible governance, risk and assurance practices and frameworks are implemented and upheld.
