Join an exciting opportunity as a Commercial Lead with our client, a prominent player in the high-rise accommodation and mixed-use industry.
This leading international company specializes in owning and operating high-rise accommodations and mixed-use properties, delivering exceptional living experiences across a diverse portfolio of projects worldwide.
As the Commercial Lead, you will:
- Develop and implement effective commercial strategies for the construction and property team internationally.
- Establish strategic partnerships with suppliers, service providers, contractors, and vendors through negotiations.
- Oversee commercial aspects of property development projects and coordinate lease negotiations.
- Lead the team monitoring budgets, costs, and timelines to meet financial targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams.
- Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Emphasize the importance of sustainability practices in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Construction Management or similar).
- Previous experience as a Senior Commercial Manager or Commercial Lead in the construction and property industry.
- Strong knowledge of property development, project management, leasing, and management processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
- Exposure to carbon accounting and sustainability practices is a plus.
