Aged & Disability Support (Community Services & Development)

We offer children with autism, developmental delays, and other disabilities evidence-based early intervention programmes. Our early intervention support strategy makes use of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) concepts. Our highly customised early intervention programmes emphasise on functional skills and integrating the child into the family. In order to enable the parents to continue practicing their child's goals outside of the clinic, we assist and train them in both the theoretical and practical parts of Applied Behaviour Analysis. The parents are an essential component of our programmes. While we put a lot of effort into supporting kids and their families, we also like to have a good chuckle every now and again. We put a lot of effort into creating a positive team culture at work by hosting social events, team-building exercises, monthly lunches, clinic celebrations, group training, and welcoming work environment.
