Representing prestigious and dynamic names like General Motors Speciality Vehicles, Jaguar, Land Rover, BYD Automotive, and Isuzu Trucks, we are dedicated to excellence in automotive solutions, customer service, and support.

The Role: We seek a highly organised and enthusiastic Service Receptionist / Trainee Service Advisor to oversee our front desk operations. The successful candidate will be the first contact point for our clients, delivering outstanding service, managing service bookings, conducting general reception tasks, and providing administrative support to our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers and managing check-ins with a professional and amiable manner.
• Handling phone and email enquiries, redirecting calls as required.
• Coordinating service bookings and scheduling for our diverse vehicle range.
• Offering administrative support to the sales team.
• Maintaining customer waiting areas to ensure a pleasant reception environment.
• Keeping current with our vehicle brands and services to aid customer enquiries.
• Performing ad-hoc administrative duties to support dealership operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a reception or customer service role.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick learning of new software.
• High organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
• A welcoming and professional presence.
• A dedication to excellent customer service.
• Automotive industry knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
