The Finance Manager is a key position in this company to oversee the consolidated financial reporting as well as establish insightful management reporting framework to improve commercial decision making.
Our client is a global boutique, a market-leading marketing organisation with operations in key markets across the globe. They partner closely with leading global brands and have been able to navigate commercial and operational turbulence through the pandemic, and are now experiencing a strong demand as regular business resumes.
Description
Reporting into the Business Director, you will manage a small finance team and be responsible for financial reporting for 5x entities, consolidated group reporting, tax and statutory filings, as well as helping further develop insightful management reporting for commercial decision making.
You will also be required to improve business processes and develop best practice accounting methodologies, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports. Staff management is also an important focus, as you mentor and develop the team for future growth. Stakeholder management and business partnering will be a focus, and the ability to support the business owners with key projects.
Profile
You will be CA / CPA qualified and have prior experience in finance manager position. Strong technical skills and attention to detail, as well as an open and curious mind to help learn the company and industry to uncover potential. Leadership and management skills that are supportive and empathetic will align well with the business culture, and a collaborative approach to business partnering will ensure sauces.
