Predictable Marketing is a growth marketing agency specialising in acquiring clients for high-ticket service-based businesses. We provide end-to-end services, including market research, funnel creation, video sales letter development, and paid advertising, to help you consistently generate "ready to buy" prospects and achieve a minimum 4:1 return on ad spend.

The Role: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing endeavours. As the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's voice and presence across various platforms. Your primary focus will be on driving bookings with potential clients through innovative and effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Content Management: Ensure consistent and impactful content across Predictable Marketing’s social media channels, tailored to attract high-ticket service-based businesses.
  • Content Marketing: Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blogging, to enhance our domain authority and online presence, particularly in the high-ticket services sector.
  • Lead Generation Support: Collaborate with the sales development team to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads for our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) that are specifically targeted toward high-ticket service-based prospects.
  • Email Marketing: Initiate and manage a compelling newsletter campaign to attract and engage potential high-ticket clients.
  • Podcasting: Host daily podcasts with industry leaders, showcasing our expertise and deep industry insights, specifically tailored to high-ticket service-based businesses.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing for high-ticket service-based businesses, with at least 2 years of experience working closely with such clients.
  • Strong knowledge of direct response marketing and experience in generating booked calls for sales teams.
  • Exceptional ability in content creation and management across various platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
  • Willingness to be the face of Predictable Marketing, including featuring in online marketing materials.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
