Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external resource requirements, ensuring efficient allocation.
  • Track project costs to ensure initiatives stay within budget and on schedule.
  • Conduct regular working and steering group meetings, and provide consistent communication to align stakeholders and address project risks promptly.
  • Maintain project governance processes, including documentation and change control, to ensure project quality and timelines.
  • Adapt project execution plans as needed based on approved scope, schedule, or budget changes.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and delivery partners to ensure timely and budget-compliant deliverables.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and external partners to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to deliver reliable solutions.
  • Drive change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure successful solution adoption.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Actively participate in all aspects of project delivery to ensure successful implementation.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Formal Project Management certification (e.g., Prince2, PMBOK).
  • Agile certification (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Product Owner).
  • 5+ years’ experience in Project Management roles on large change programs.
  • 3+ years’ experience in business transformation within a Project Management capacity.
  • Strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience collaborating with external partners and system integrators.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
