Day-to-day you will:

  • Address and resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Manage and develop relationships with customers, stakeholders and third parties/vendors to create a positive customer support experience.
  • Manage and monitor all systems ensuring the highest levels of availability
  • Take ownership of support request and releases
  • Ensure customers continue to follow the standard process
  • Create monthly customer status reporting on the monthly service agreements
  • Provision and configure cloud-based resources to manage customer environments

Day-to-day you will:

Skills & Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline desirable
  • Microsoft Azure and/or M365 certifications advantageous
  • At least 1 years’ experience in IT engineering, IT operations or similar field
  • Knowledge in one or more of the following technologies is ideal: Microsoft Azure & M365 Security Services including;
    • Microsoft Sentinel;
    • Microsoft Defender Suite; 
    • Microsoft Purview / Information Protection; 
    • Azure/M365 Security Workloads;
    • Azure AD & Identity Governance;
    • Modern Endpoint Management (Windows 10 / 11, Intune, AutoPilot, Enterprise Mobility);
    • Microsoft Azure Cloud Platforms;
    • Microsoft Azure Application Development;
    • Azure DevOps or DevSecOps;
    • Azure Security Services;
    • Terraform
