As a Technical Business Analyst you'll help build Digital Distribution Channels for a global insurer.
02nd April, 2024Our client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with good technical proficiency, business acumen, and an unyielding drive to excel. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between technology and business requirements, driving forward their digital transformation initiatives. Your primary focus will be on API integrations, leveraging your expertise to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Experience with SalesForce is highly preferred, as you'll be working within its ecosystem to optimise operations and drive innovation. A solid understanding of general insurance principles is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various business units to understand and analyse their requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions, with a focus on API integrations.
