The role of Facility Manager carries responsibility for the oversight of the day-to-day operations and the provision of care services across the Aged Care facility.

We are looking for an experienced Aged Care Manager who can come on board and take over this well-run, fully compliant home and continue the good work of the previous Manager.

About You

We are looking for a strong and experienced Aged Care Manager who has expert people management and leadership skills.

  • At least 2 years' experience in the Aged Care Industry working in a Facility Manager role 
  • We'll also consider a Clinical Manager with solid tenure and more than 5+ years' experience as a CM who has stepped into an FM role up to cover leave
  • A high level of business acumen including strong financial management experience
  • Solid understanding of the Aged Care legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Commitment to customer service and a passion for making a difference to the lives of the residents
