C'est ici que votre plus grand défi vous attend :

Vous interviendrez au sein de la Tribe Brands, équipe en charge des site web des marques du Groupe Accor.

En tant que Product Manager, vous serez responsable de la vision, de la stratégie et des objectifs liés aux sites web de votre portfolio.

Vous serez entouré d’experts (tech, analytics, experimentation, design, innovation...) qui vous permettront de prendre les bonnes décisions et de les prioriser dans les meilleures conditions.

Vous gèrerez des Product Owners et collaborerez étroitement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour garantir l'alignement et l’atteinte des objectifs de l'entreprise et la satisfaction des clients finaux.

Votre mission:

  • Définir et communiquer la stratégie globale des produits que vous supervisez, en veillant à ce qu'elle soit alignée avec les objectifs de l'entreprise et les besoins du marché.
  • Superviser et gérer des Product Owners, et s’assurer qu’ils livrent des produits de haute qualité
  • Établir et suivre des KPIs en lien avec nos OKR pour évaluer la performance des produits et aider la prise de décision.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de développement, marketing, business, design et support
  • Évaluer les tendances du marché, analyser les données des utilisateurs et recueillir des retours pour informer les décisions stratégiques.
  • Développer et maintenir des relations avec les partenaires externes et les fournisseurs.
  • S'assurer que les produits sont conformes aux réglementations de l'industrie et aux meilleures pratiques.
  • Promouvoir une culture d'innovation et d'amélioration continue au sein de l'équipe produit.

Qualifications

Et vous?

  • Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience en product management
  • Expérience avérée dans le développement et la mise en œuvre de stratégies produits réussies.
  • Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et prise de décision.
  • Expérience avérée en management d’équipe
  • Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.
  • Solide expérience avec les méthodologies agiles et les méthodologies produit (discovery, delivery).
  • Compréhension approfondie du secteur de l'ecommerce, des médias et/ou de l'hôtellerie.
  • Forte capacité d’analyse et de suivi des données de performance
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais, écrit et oral.

  • Master / MBA / Bac +5
