Roxy-Pacific Holdings is an established property and hospitality group with a track record dating back to 1967. Armed with more than 55 years of experience and expertise, the Group is primarily engaged in the development and sale of residential and commercial properties, property investments and hospitality operations in key locations across the Asia-Pacific region. 

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Director with 15-20 years of relevant experience and excellent professional qualifications able to: 

  • Carry out Economic Feasibility Modelling and reporting for prospective assets & developments including research and advice on highest and best land use.
  • Advise on valuation methods for leasing, sale and other land and property investment strategies and stand-alone transactions.
  • Pre-project advice and commentary on land for purposes of project and development financing.
  • Review current and predict future market demand, trends and property market conditions and advise on possible land and property best use from planning and investment perspectives.
  • Comprehensively evaluate and assess opportunities engaging expertise of consultants for local market research and development advice as required. Prepare and maintain ongoing Economic Feasibility Analysis & Reporting for assets/developments/projects.
  • Develop and maintain internal asset valuation models.
  • Drive and deliver the development/project process from acquisition through conceptual stages, through all internal and external approvals to final delivery including sales/leasing/divestment (whichever is applicable).

Postgraduate economics qualifications and international experience would be highly regarded. The capacity to effectively communicate and present results of work and professional advice to the highest decision-making bodies and executives is critical for a successful candidate.

The position will require long-term commitment as well as devotion, passion and the ability to sustain in delivering highly professional services.
