The Role

Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for providing a high level of professional, efficient, and confidential administrative support.

Your Duties Will Include But Not Limited To

  • Providing Executive Support to the Executive Management Team
  • Preparing Confidential Board Reports
  • Managing various travel and expense requirements
  • Screening phone calls, greeting and directing visitors
  • Assisting with confidential administration requirements including contracts, agreements, and presentations
  • Assisting with the coordination, management and preparation of internal and external conferences / functions as required
  • Liaising with the Procurement Manager for any required building maintenance requirements
  • Ensuring all relevant paperwork is maintained for interview requirements
  • Assisting with maintaining the integrity of our Group CRM database
  • Maintaining all relevant filing systems
  • Assisting with the coordination of weekly progress meetings
  • General administrative duties

The Person:

  • You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years high level administration experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office applications
  • High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
  • "Can do" attitude and bright, bubbly personality
  • Great communication skills
