We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Operational Business Solution Analyst, on a 12-month maximum term full-time basis.
This role is based at our brand-new state-of-the-art South Metro Depot in Forrestdale, conveniently located next to Tonkin Highway. Spanning across 120,000 square meters, the depot offers an excellent on-site café, end of trip facilities including secure bicycle storage and freshening up rooms. With the latest infrastructure and technology, the depot empowers all employees to create that perfect work-life balance whilst operating in an inclusive and diverse workplace.
About this role
As the Senior Operational Business Solution Analyst, you will be required to articulate ongoing business requirements to align with the operational delivery and the change lifecycle through gathering information, analysing, documenting through business cases and planning implementation in accordance with the Investment Governance Framework.
About you
We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or related discipline
- Broad and extensive knowledge and expertise with at least 5 years of related experience in corporate strategy, portfolio, programme, and project management, with experience within government regulated, a large complex corporation or a management consulting firm
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong working relationships at all levels of an organisation.
- Previous experience in Business Analysis and research; and/or assessing problems and developing solutions/improvements and opportunities (incl. development of business cases).
- Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills, complimented by highly developed influencing skills.
- Ability to align detail orientated tasks with the "big picture" and communicates accordingly.
- Ability to quickly interpret complex information and handle multiple conflicting priorities.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed, and logical discussions/presentations.
- Proven ability to plan and deploy business process initiatives.
