About the role

As a Team Leader for the Afternoon Shift in our ISUZU Workshop, you will be at the forefront of ensuring smooth operation and productivity. You role will encompass leadership, technical experience and advice, organisation skills to oversee the maintenance and repairs on vehicle in our workshop. 

**Please note this position is working on the Afternoon shift, hours will be Tuesday – Friday 4pm – 2am. **

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ability to manage/ run shifts productively and effectively.
  • Quality control checks prior to collection.
  • Offering technical guidance to the team.
  • Liaising with upper management.
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve.
  • Undertaking routine service and repairs when required

About You 

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical ability with proficiency in diagnosing and repairing heavy vehicles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, delegate effective and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of safety standards, compliance, and industry best practises.
  • Cert III in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology
