You'll be responsible for- Ensure that the Technical Division is in a position to respond to all regulatory and legislative change while meeting the ongoing needs of customers, regulators and shareholders.
- Promote and improve standards of product governance.
- Prepare risk committee papers relevant to Product Council and assist in the preparation of Smart Circle Packs and ARiCo papers.
- Ensure updates to the Product Catalogue align with the Product Governance Framework.
- Align, standardise, regulate and store (archive) internal and external communication across products, ensuring any notifications to ASIC are lodged within appropriate timeframes in consultation with stakeholders.
- Identify any trends or practices highlighted during underwriting and post loss reviews in liaison with Underwriting Services, and communicate appropriately to Technical teams.
- Extensive experience in a project/product management role, acquired in a complex, matrixed financial services organisation.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Pays high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and has the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
