As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our clients’ business needs and technology solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance business processes and achieve organizational objectives.

We were established in late 2017 and are made up of cloud, mobile and web technology experts ranging from Salesforce Certified Technical Architects (CTA) to savvy developers. We have our headquarters in Australia with teams based in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth and in the Philippines.

About You:

The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of analysing business processes and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. With a keen eye for detail and exceptional communication skills, you can navigate complex business requirements while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams. A passion for driving continuous improvement and a strong grasp of Salesforce best practices are essential for excelling in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding between both parties.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, fostering successful collaboration.
  • Elicit and gather comprehensive business and system requirements, collaborating closely with stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate workshops to gather requirements and drive innovation, capturing outcomes accurately.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and propose creative solutions to address business challenges.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to analyze existing processes, identifying areas for optimization and creating detailed process maps.
  • Document and present requirements in a clear and concise manner for the development team, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
  • Craft user stories with clear acceptance criteria, collaborating with development teams for accurate implementation.
  • Adopt a research-oriented mindset to understand customer journeys and pain points, visualizing and communicating customer journey maps effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least five years of experience in a client-facing consulting role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering successful solutions in a business analyst capacity.
  • Experience with agile project management tools like Jira, Trello, Azure Devops.
  • Proficiency in diagramming software like Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based environment.
