 The successful applicant will oversee a specific portfolio of commercial and corporate accounts, including direct reports.

- Review current insurance programs and provide recommendations to clients with an existing portfolio.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters for new business, endorsements, and renewals.
- Contribute to new business growth objectives by pursuing new business opportunities.
- Manage the Commercial Broking Team from end to end.

What Will Make You Stand Out

- An experienced senior broker skilled in all general insurance product lines
- Extensive experience in servicing larger commercial & corporate clients
- Tier 1 accreditation essential & Diploma of Insurance Broking/QPIB designation
- This role will be ideal for a self-motivated and mature individual willing to fulfill clients' needs
- A great team player and willing to participate in all aspects of the business
- A proven track record of successful portfolio management & retention and new business
- Client-facing experience and ability to present in front of clients and provide recommendations
- Ability to manage and grow high-performance teams and develop both soft and hard technical broking skills
- Management of Division Cost Centre and a track record of growing both your own and your team's portfolio
