The Role
The successful person will become a member of a hardworking and committed team.

You will be responsible for:
  • Prioritize mining equipment optimization through Wenco fleet management system
  • Maintain data integrity and adhere to safety initiatives within Wenco, including IVMS, OAS, Weatherzone, and Geotechnical monitoring
  • Record equipment stoppages and delays, coordinating prompt actions with mine production leadership.
  • Contribute to creating procedures for safe pit controller operation
  • Engage with mine department stakeholders to foster a performance culture
  • Ensure consistent application of best practices for efficient operations
About You
This role would suit an ideal new employee with a background in mining operations, possessing strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and experience in coordinating pit activities for optimal efficiency. You will also have:
  • 1-2 years of preferred FMS experience in mining.
  • Proficient in data manipulation and analytical abilities.
  • Skilled in integrated management systems, word processing, and spreadsheet applications
  • Capable of rationalizing agreement awards with structured arguments
  • Effective communication across all levels
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills, confident communicator with senior management and external stakeholders
