Our client, based in Bayswater, is on the lookout for a proactive Dispatch Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
About the Role: As a Dispatch Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of a bustling warehouse environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling the administration tasks of the warehouse efficiently.
- Managing the receiving of customer orders.
- Planning and allocating delivery requirements.
- Ensuring processes and compliance are adhered to for accurate despatches and heightened customer satisfaction.
- Serving as the key liaison between customers, carriers, drivers, and yard management.
Requirements:
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Hold a current forklift license.
