Dans ce cadre-là, l’hôtelLeRoyal Monceau - Raffles Paris, Palace entièrement rénové par Philippe Starck, est composé de 149 chambres et suites dont 3 appartements privés, d’un Spa Clarins & myBlend, de quatre restaurants: Matsuhisa Paris,dédié à la gastronomie péruvo-japonaise par le Chef Nobu,Il Carpaccio, italien étoilé en partenariat avec Da Vittorio***,La Cuisineconnu pour ses petits déjeuners et brunchs d’exception, etLe Bar Longproposant une carte internationale tout au long de la journée, d’innovants cocktails et de délicieux tapas. L’hôtel est connu comme le plus parisien et contemporain des Palaces à travers : une Art Concierge – une salle de cinéma - une galerie d’Art - un concept store La Librairie des Arts.

Description du poste

En tant que Concept Store Manager (H/F) de La Librairie des Arts au Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la gestion quotidienne et le développement continu du concept store.

Vous serez responsable de l'ensemble des opérations, de la gestion de l'équipe, de la maximisation des ventes ainsi que de la satisfaction de notre clientèle.

Veillant à l'administration sans faille du lieu de vente, votre créativité sera sollicitée pour maintenir une présentation impeccable des articles. Vous contribuerez également à l'expérience client en coordination avec les autres départements de notre Maison. Avec une passion pour les découvertes artistiques, vous prospecterez de nouveaux fournisseurs, restant constamment à l'affût des dernières tendances.

Véritable expert(e) vous devez établir un plan d’action afin d’optimiser le chiffre d’affaires de la Librairie et affirmer son positionnement artistique en respectant la direction artistique du Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris.

MISSIONS

  • Vente des livres et produits artistiques (objets, photographies, multiples) de la librairie.
  • Management d'une équipe de vente.
  • Vente de produits de luxe (haute horlogerie, parfumerie, haute fidélité audio, design, beaux objets et art de la table).
  • Offrir à chaque client la meilleure expérience possible.
  • S'engager auprès du client et se positionner comme un véritable conseiller personnel du client.
  • Utiliser les outils cohérents afin de développer la fidélité du client.
  • Devenir un fin connaisseur des marques, des histoires de chaque marque et de ses produits.
  • Gestion de l’espace et du stock.
  • Accueil et prise en charge personnalisée des clients de la librairie, en portant une grande attention à leurs requêtes et dans le respect des procédures du Royal Monceau Raffles Paris. Renseignements sur les articles en vente, sur place mais aussi par téléphone et par courriel.
  • Suivi des demandes et contacts avec les fournisseurs (éditeurs, marques, galeries..).
  • Administration du lieu de vente : envois clients et demandes de devis, suivi élaboré du parcours d’achat client, transmission des factures et retours.
  • S’assurer quotidiennement de la bonne tenue de l’espace (présentation des articles, époussetage), rédaction et mise en place des cartels de présentation.
  • Réception et enregistrement des livraisons et envois, rangement optimal, emballages soignés.
  • Coordination avec les autres départements de l’hôtel/ parcours client dans l’établissement.
  • Prospection de nouveaux fournisseurs et produits pour la librairie.
  • Veille sur les nouveautés artistiques, initiatives et propositions de sélection.

Qualifications
  • Familiarité avec les codes et le secteur du luxe appréciée.
  • Expérience managériale et commerciale obligatoire, dans un environnement d’activité soutenue (affluence).
  • Connaissances appréciées ou affinités importantes en édition d’art, art contemporain, photographie, design, architecture.
  • Anglais bilingue (à l’oral et à l’écrit), autres langues appréciées.
  • Orthographe, présentation et expression irréprochables, relationnel aisé et courtoisie.
  • Affinité avec l’univers de l’hôtellerie ou du luxe, impeccabilité du service.
  • Sens de l’organisation, du travail d’équipe, et respect de la confidentialité.
  • Disponibilité pour travail week-end, jours fériés et en horaires décalés si besoin.
